Great interview. I can’t wait to read the book. I have always been a very spiritual person and have been working on my ego for at least a decade. Up until a few years ago I thought that trading and spirituality had to be distinctly seperate things, as I thought trading was just pure ego and my ‘true self’ had no place in it. Once I applied my meditation practices and conciousness studies to trading and investing they became much easier. When you are calm and have a clear mind you can stick to your plan.
