FOMC Trade continues, are we going below 1050 or above 1070, either move should provide 20 after FOMC, so 1030 or 1090 will be the next move. Place your bets.
Larry McDonald (The author of the New York Times bestseller “A Colossal Failure of Common Sense.”), was kind enough to do a 2nd part of an interview with me as we dug into the chaos of the different Trading Desks at $LEH as Dick Fuld and the “Eight on top brought down the 25k employee strong, LEHman brothers”. Amazing how a company can survive, the Civil War of America, WWI and WWII, Nuclear Attacks on Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf I and II and 9/11 and then what brought down the house? Leverage, poor board of directors, and of course the lack of risk understanding by the CEO Dick Fuld. Watch, listen, and learn. Great stuff Larry!

You may know Fari Hamzei from his time on CNBC, Bloomberg, or followed him as lead market timer. I had a chance to talk to braniac trader Fari Hamzei. I must say, I have followed Fari for a long time, even own a few copies of his Master Traders book that I highly recommend. However, I did not know much about his background of coming to the United States as a diplomat’s son from Iran. Very interesting hour we spent together talking about growing up in northern Virgina, college at Princeton, life in as a Project Engineer in California. Wow, I think all will enjoy Fari’s gamesmenship and please take the time to visit his site and his research at Hamzei Analytics. Thanks so much Fari! Look forward to more enlightening conversations.
