Sit and Spin Market

FOMC meetings begin today and for next two days with new Treasury youngster, Geithner at the helm for the first time. I doubt rates get adjusted either way. We continue to be in lock down mode as we put January to rest the next few days and mark the tape for finishing prices. We are currently down about 8% but may finish higher or lower as we print the final prints.
